Responsibilities:
– Monitor CCTV cameras and other security equipment to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, fire, or other emergencies
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
– Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain order and safety
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
– Knowledge of security operations and procedures
– Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
– Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
– Excellent observation skills and attention to detail
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in security is a plus
