Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises and physical inspections to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations when necessary
• Perform loss prevention activities by monitoring for theft or vandalism and reporting any irregularities promptly
• Administer first aid and CPR when needed, providing immediate assistance until emergency services arrive
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records to ensure accurate documentation of daily activities and incidents
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to support safety protocols

Skills

• Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a strong understanding of security protocols
• Certification in first aid and CPR to respond effectively during medical emergencies
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle tense situations professionally and calmly
• Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to deter theft and protect assets
• Ability to enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective coordination with emergency responders
