Level 3 Armed Security Officer (Multi-Family/Apartments)

Job Overview
Verified Response Security is seeking professional Level 3 Armed Security Officers to join our team for multi‑family residential communities. We are looking for officers who take pride in their work, maintain a strong security presence, and provide excellent customer service to residents and property staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the property
• Perform vacant unit checks and document findings accurately
• Monitor for policy violations, safety issues, and suspicious activity
• Communicate effectively with on‑site teams and dispatch
• Provide a visible, professional armed security presence
• Work cooperatively as part of a team-oriented environment
• Complete detailed reports as required by company policy

Qualifications

• Current Texas Level 3 Commissioned Security License
• Must have full duty belt, fire arm with Level 3 holster – NO EXCEPTIONS!!
• Must be reliable, professional, and punctual
• Must be able to patrol on foot for full shifts
• Must be a team player with strong communication skills
• Must be available weekends
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, staff, and management
• Prior multi-family or patrol experience is a plus

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
