Job Overview

Unified Protective Services is seeking dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Unarmed Security Officers for our Dallas, TX location. The ideal candidate will be alert, responsible, and committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must have an active Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security License.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to conduct patrols and maintain situational awareness.
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate professionally with dispatch, upper management, and clients as needed.
• Must understand when to report incidents, concerns, and suspicious activity to dispatch.
• Must be able to complete accurate, detailed, and professional Daily Activity Reports (DARs).
• Must maintain a professional appearance and wear the required uniform properly at all times.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of the assigned post and premises.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor the property for suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Observe and report incidents, unusual activity, and potential security risks.
• Complete accurate and thorough DARs and other required reports.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, upper management, and clients when necessary.
• Report incidents and relevant updates to dispatch promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and security procedures.
