Are you a night owl who enjoys staying active, helping guests, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment? SpringHill Suites by Marriott is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Houseman / Security Associate to join our team!

This important overnight role helps keep our hotel clean, secure, and guest-ready while providing exceptional hospitality throughout the night. 11pm-7am Wed-Sunday

What You’ll Do

• Patrol hotel property and public areas to maintain safety and security
• Respond promptly to guest requests and overnight needs
• Maintain clean public areas, lobbies, fitness center, and guest common spaces
• Monitor entrances, exits, and parking areas
• Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns to management
• Support front desk operations during busy periods
• Ensure Marriott brand standards are maintained throughout the property
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for all guests

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous hotel, housekeeping, security, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the overnight shift
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
