Armed Field Supervisor (Sat./Sun nights)

Job description

Supervises Security Officers and Leads at assigned client sites, ensuring post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and reports are submitted. Responds to emergencies and notifies appropriate authorities and your Ops. Manager.

Provides coaching, training, and disciplinary action as needed, documenting all actions. Reviews assignments and post orders with staff and ensures all posts are properly covered. Conducts scheduled inspections and meets with team members to outline duties.

Coordinates with Smith’s Operational Manager to confirm all security requirements are met. Performs supervisory duties in compliance with company policies and state/federal laws while delivering quality customer service.

Job Type: Part-time (Sat./Sun. nights) 8pm to 4am
Pay: $20.00 hour
Experience: 1 year security experience required (Level 3)
License: Texas Driver’s License required
Schedule: 8‑hour shifts
