Level 2 Officer (Pool Security 1PM – 9PM)

On-site pool security

Location: Princeton, TX

June – September

Job Description

• Work with management on a daily plan to deter and detect unwanted activity
• Patrol the pool area on foot and ensure that residents and guests are following pool rules
• Guard the entry of the pool, allowing only those with approved access to enter
• Prepare daily PDF Reports with detail
• Work with police and emergency authorities as needed
• Serve as a deterent to criminal activity by staying active and engaged to all activity on the property
• Provide premier customer service to our clients through communication and professionalism
• Enforce client and company policies, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

• Able to work outdoors in inclement and extreme weather conditions
• Be on time
• Be proactive
• Log observations and detail incidents as needed
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time or long shifts
• 1 year of security experience

Qualifications:

Level 2 Security Officer with an active and current Level 2 license in Texas

• Ability to pass a background and drug screening
• Conflict resolution experience
• Ability to adapt to change
• Independent work experience
