ORN Security Solutions is looking for dependable people who are interested in starting a career in the private security industry.

No previous security experience is required.

In fact, we’re specifically interested in people who are willing to learn. If you’ve thought about working in security but didn’t know how to get started, this may be a good opportunity to get your foot in the door.

This is an entry-level position starting at $14.00 per hour. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available.

We want to be upfront about the starting wage. We’re looking for people who want an opportunity to learn the profession, gain real-world experience, and potentially advance into positions with greater responsibility as they gain experience and additional licensing.

What You’ll Do

This is a professional security position. Depending on your assigned shift, responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring entrances and access points
• Observing activity on the property
• Conducting routine foot or property patrols as assigned
• Helping maintain a safe and orderly environment
• Professionally interacting with employees, visitors and members of the public
• Identifying and reporting unusual or suspicious activity
• Completing basic written activity and incident reports when necessary
• Following site procedures and instructions
• Contacting supervisors or emergency services when appropriate

This is not a law-enforcement position. We emphasize observation, professionalism, communication, documentation and good judgment.
