Frisco Security Officer | Retired Law Enforcement Only | $42/hr | Friday and Saturday 9p-2a

Ophion Tactical Security is hiring for a permanent recurring weekend security assignment in Frisco, TX at a large corporate family entertainment center.

This position is best suited for retired law enforcement officers who want steady weekend work in a professional, customer-facing environment without the demands of traditional patrol work.

The assignment requires strong judgment, command presence, professionalism, and the ability to handle guest concerns calmly and appropriately. De-escalation and sound decision-making are central to the role.

Every Friday & Saturday

Hours: 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM

$42.00/hour

Ideal Candidate

We are primarily seeking retired law enforcement officers with substantial field experience who are dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a family entertainment environment.

Candidates should be able to:

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Monitor guest activity and identify potential concerns
• De-escalate disputes and disruptive behavior
• Respond appropriately to safety or security incidents
• Communicate professionally with venue management and guests
• Exercise independent judgment without unnecessary escalation
• Work reliably every Friday and Saturday on an ongoing basis

This is not intended to be a high-enforcement assignment. The focus is presence, deterrence, de-escalation, guest safety, and sound judgment.

Requirements

Preferred candidates will have:

• Prior law enforcement experience
• Retired or honorably separated law enforcement background preferred
• Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer registration, or ability to legally work commissioned security in Texas
• Clean professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent Friday and Saturday night availability
• Ability to work in an Ophion Tactical Security uniform rather than an agency uniform

Experienced Texas Level III commissioned officers may also be considered based on background, professionalism, and relevant experience.

Additional Opportunities

Officers who complete onboarding with Ophion Tactical Security may also become eligible for additional events, temporary assignments, and other available security work as opportunities arise.
