Security Officer – Flex

Location: North Dallas area

Job Summary:

The Security Officer – Flex will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and clients by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. The Security Officer – Flex will also be responsible for responding to alarms and emergencies, completing reports, and communicating with local law enforcement as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as medical emergencies or criminal activity
• Investigate and report any suspicious behavior or activity
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as needed
• Communicate with local law enforcement as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Security license
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• Previous security experience preferred
