Unarmed Security Officer

We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at a truck terminal located in Palmer, Texas. This is a critical 24/7/365 post requiring individuals who are committed to consistent attendance and high performance.

Schedule: Part Time

• Sunday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Note: Shift times may vary weekly based on operational needs.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current Level II Security Officer Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal record (no felonies or serious convictions)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Physical Requirements

• Corrected near/far vision
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Run 100 feet at full speed
• Walk continuously for 30 minutes
• Stand continuously for 30 minutes

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience
• Military background

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to a secured, fenced lot
• Conduct outdoor foot patrols using a company-provided mobile tour system
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and suspicious activity
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily logs
• Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents
