Responsibilities:

  • Provides people leadership through ongoing communication, feedback, and professional development and maintaining an inclusive and engaging work environment.
  • Responsible for conducting follow-up investigations regarding incidents occurring on Children’s Health property and for reviewing the results of these investigations with appropriate department heads.
  • Responsible for acting as a liaison between the Safety and Security Department and other hospital departments by coordinating safety and security education programs as necessary.
  • Responsible for continuously improving customer service/patient experience.
  • Collaborate across markets to ensure alignment and consistency as needed.
WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years Managerial experience in a field involving the management of safety and security services, conducting investigations, and coordination of special projects required

EDUCATION

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Texas Department of Public Safety – TEXAS Private Security Bureau Registration – Non-commissioned Security Officer training and certification within 6 months of employment. 180 Days required
