Unarmed Security Guard — Weekend Assignment

Location: Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center — Dallas, TX
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday
Pay: $385 total for both days

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Guards for a weekend assignment at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. Security personnel will help maintain a safe, orderly, and professional environment for guests, staff, vendors, and event participants.

Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday.

Available Positions

Day Shift — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• 2 positions available

Night Shift — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• 2 positions available

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas and maintain a visible security presence
• Observe and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Assist with maintaining a safe and orderly environment
• Monitor entrances and designated areas as assigned
• Provide professional customer service and directions to guests when needed
• Respond appropriately to incidents and notify the appropriate personnel
• Follow all site-specific security procedures and instructions
• Complete incident reports when required
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout the assignment

Requirements

• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must present a professional appearance
• Black dress pants required
• Comfortable black shoes required
• Polo shirt will be provided upon arrival
• Must be able to remain attentive throughout the assigned shift
• Previous security experience is preferred but not required for consideration

Compensation

$385 TOTAL for Saturday and Sunday.

This is a 12-hour shift each day, for a total of 24 scheduled hours across both days.
