Compensation: $62,000 Annual Salary + Monthly Performance Bonus Opportunities

Schedule: Rotational Schedule – 3 Weeks On / 1 Week Off
About the Opportunity:
A growing private security and protective services company is actively recruiting experienced Field Supervisors for ongoing protective operations supporting a confidential large-scale corporate security assignment in Ohio.
This position is designed for experienced security professionals with proven leadership ability, operational maturity, and the capability to supervise personnel in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
The Field Supervisor role serves as a direct extension of regional leadership and is responsible for maintaining operational standards, personnel accountability, client-facing professionalism, and execution of daily protective operations.
This is a full-time W2 salaried leadership position offering consistent compensation, bonus opportunities, advancement pathways, and potential regional and multi-state operational opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead security personnel assigned to protective operations
- Ensure operational execution and standards are maintained at assigned sites
- Monitor personnel performance, professionalism, accountability, and readiness
- Coordinate with regional leadership regarding staffing, scheduling, and operational needs
- Assist with incident management, escalation response, and reporting procedures
- Ensure compliance with post orders, SOP’s, company directives, and client expectations
- Conduct field inspections, operational oversight, and site support as needed
- Assist in training, mentoring, and development of security personnel
- Maintain operational communication with leadership and field personnel
- Respond appropriately to emergencies, incidents, and operational issues
- Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and leadership presence at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 5+ years of verified experience required in one or more of the following:
- Military, Law Enforcement, Executive Protection, Armed Security, or Security Management
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Must possess a current 20-Hour OPOTA Handgun Certificate
- Must be able to complete Ohio PISGS fingerprinting and guard card requirements
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening in accordance with company and client requirements
- Candidates must maintain an appropriate level of physical fitness, mobility, and stamina consistent with professional protective operations
- Reliable transportation required
- Reliable smartphone and communication capability required
- Must possess strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Must be capable of working flexible schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as operationally required
