We’re looking for dedicated and motivated Security Mobile Patrol Supervisor to join our team in the Westerville, OH area! As a Security Mobile Patrol Supervisor, you will be a critical part of our mission to keep communities safe, foster professional relationship with our clients, maintain and oversee officers in your designated area, as well as supervise a fleet of Signal patrol vehicles that serve as a beacon of light in our goal towards complete safety and security.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all assigned Mobile Patrol Security Officers overnight.
• Train and assist with final onboarding of all new employees.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations involving employees and clients.
• Assist employees, clients, and/or Director with all security-related concerns.
• Schedule all employees to necessary patrol routes
• Working alongside Patrol Coordinator in ensuring client promises and standards are met at all times.

• Ability to work as a cohesive unit with the Director of Operations and Field Leadership Personnel
• Ability to work independently and follow all established protocols and timelines
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation at all times

Position Details:

• Westerville, OH: Office located off W Schrock Rd
• Job Types: Full-time hours available
• Shifts: 7PM – 5AM / Overnight / Daytime Training/Admin Hours as needed
• Pay: $20.00 per hour with merit increases after timeline evaluations

Minimum Requirements:

• Age 21+ / Valid Driver License
• Clean background check & drug screening
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Associate’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree + minimum 2 years in private security field
• Ability to work all days of the week including some major holidays and special events.
• Reliable transportation to our office in Westerville, OH.
