Join our team as an Unarmed Security Officer and be a part of a dedicated team committed to providing top-notch security services at the Franklin County Municipal Courthouse in Central Ohio. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about safety and security, possess strong communication and customer service skills, and are ready to uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Working 12-hour shifts and weekends are mandatory.

Duties:

– Provide unarmed security services to ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, visitors, and property

– Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner

– Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns

– Maintain accurate records of security incidents and activities

-Utilize excellent customer skills with staff and customers

Requirements:

– Must be 21 years of age or older

– Possess an Ohio driver’s license

– Possess a clean background check with no felony convictions

– Must have at least two (2) years of security experience

– Ability to pass a drug screening test

– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure

– Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Job Type:  Part-time and full-time (nights and weekends)

Pay: $20 per hour

Expected hours: 12-32 hours per week (12-hour shifts; nights and weekends required)
