Security Shift Lead

Monday through Friday (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM) 40 hours each week.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.
2 Years Security Experience to qualify as a candidate.

Candidates MUST,

• Pass a background check
• Pass a reoccurring drug test
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Must have strong leadership skills
• Must be knowledgeable and comfortable with reception-based tasks
• Must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Must be able to act professional with all types of personalities
• Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to write professional reports and respond to emails daily
• Must be able to effectively document and report corrective actions needed with onsite guards to Account Manager
• Must be able to learn and teach the policies of the client and the security agency.
• Comfortable with completing CCTV and Post log Audits as needed

Candidates should have prior leadership or managing experience and be detail oriented, have a good work ethic, be professional at all times, and have a strong conviction for safety and security.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 per hour
