Multi-Site Security Flex Officer

Location: Multiple Sites (Local Travel Required)

Starting Pay: $19 (Weekly Pay)

Part-Time (Flexible hours)

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable, adaptable, and highly professional Multi‑Site Security Flex Officer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and can confidently step into different posts as needed. You’ll support multiple client locations, ensuring safety, security, and exceptional customer service wherever you’re assigned. This position includes guaranteed weekly hours at the following times:

• Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Any additional hours will be assigned based on call‑offs, emergency coverage, or client needs.

Duties

• Monitor premises through surveillance systems such as CCTV to detect suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to alarms or incidents, providing appropriate conflict management and resolution
• Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent loss prevention issues
• Follow all company policies, post orders, and client-specific procedures
• Monitor access control, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs
• Adapt quickly to new environments, site layouts, and expectations

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the set weekly hours listed above (Thursday and Friday)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays (On Call)
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail

Pay: $19.00 per hour
