Security Officer/Loss Prevention

Iron Pony in accepting applications for a full time front end security & loss prevention position. This a M-F weekday post with a 5 day 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. & Sat/Sun off. Other overtime hours including weekends may be required to cover special events, vacations, & days off.

Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required in this position.

The ideal applicant will have documented loss prevention experience with firearm certification, not required.

Please note all applicants for this position will undergo a complete background check & screening.

Applicants with retail experience will be given priority consideration. Knowledge & enthusiasm of the motorcycle & powersports industry is a plus.

Iron Pony Motorsports is a leading powersports and off-road retailer, committed to safety, customer service, and a positive work environment. We’re looking for a reliable and vigilant Loss Prevention / Security Guard to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor store premises to prevent theft and ensure safety
• Respond to security incidents and report as needed
• Assist with loss prevention procedures
• Support staff and maintain a safe shopping environment
• Perform occasional safety audits and routine patrols

Requirements:

• Previous security or loss prevention experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Professional and trustworthy demeanor

Hours: Full-time, 8-4;30 M-F schedule (evenings/weekends as required.
