Security Guard

As a Security Guard at Bernards Tavern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and employees. You will be responsible for monitoring the premises, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to any incidents or emergencies that may arise. Your presence will help to deter and address any potential security concerns, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their time at Bernards Tavern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
• Enforce the establishment's rules and regulations, including checking IDs and preventing underage drinking.
• Respond promptly to any disturbances or incidents, de-escalating situations as needed and contacting law enforcement if necessary.
• Assist with crowd control during busy periods, managing entry and exit points to prevent overcrowding.
• Conduct regular checks of the building's entrances, exits, and other vulnerable areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with any concerns or questions related to security.
• Collaborate with management and other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of any security-related activities.
