QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Security and or customer service experience is preferred
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
• Ability to work in various environments including cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Able to stand and/or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
• Able to walk up/down flights of stairs occasionally during shifts
• Must have a valid PERC card, 20 hr. unarmed training certificate

Responsibilities:
– Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
– Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility
– Assist with loss prevention efforts by monitoring access points and reporting any suspicious activity
– Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
– Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations in the lobby area

Experience:
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
