Hiring Professional Security Officers (Unarmed)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):
- An official photo ID.
- Social security or equivalent.
- Active Illinois PERC (verified before interview).
- Ability to pass a background (Finger Print).
- Working cellphone.
- Reliable transportation — must arrive ON TIME.
- Ability to write clear, detailed daily reports done in [Vision Insight Report Tracker].
- Strong communication skills.
- Clean, neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Must follow UPA’s Code of Conduct and Post Orders with no exceptions.
- Stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $18-$20 per hour or More.
- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly, with no check hold back.
- Overtime: Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
- Payroll: Direct Deposit available. W-2 provided.
