Schedule & Hours: As needed
Rate of Pay : $20.00-23.00 per hour based on experience
Shift Differential: $0.50 for 2nd Shift; $0.75 for 3rd Shift

We are seeking a hospitality-focused Security Officer/EMT to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community property. This includes, but is not limited to, providing security, medical, and additional services for residents, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.
- Complete daily rounds reports.
- Responds to all fire alarms and emergency calls.
- Continuous patrols of property and facilities.
- Completes incidents reports (regarding medical response calls, theft of property, accidents, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency response, and violations of rules and regulations).
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- EMT certification required.
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
