Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Oversee the physical security of the casino and company assets
- Responsible for the physical safety of guests, employees, and company assets
- Initiate and prepare Security Incident Reports
- Escort chips, cash, and table game drops per company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Report any criminal or suspicious activity without hesitation
- Ensure the department adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and Company policies and procedures
- Communicate any violations of Company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
- Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
- Safeguard the overall integrity of gaming
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Frequently required to walk, run, kneel, stretch, push, twist, bend, and lift.
- Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
- Requires manual dexterity to conduct repairs on slot machines
- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
