Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Corporate Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization by implementing effective security measures, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert advice on loss prevention strategies. This position requires a proactive approach to security management and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure a safe working environment.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to protect company assets.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and analyze CCTV footage to detect suspicious activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Provide training on conflict management, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures, including CPR and first aid.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary to address security concerns.
• Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or other criminal activities within the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and recommend improvements based on findings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in surveillance technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate security concierge , law enforcement, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of loss prevention strategies and conflict management techniques.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
• Certification in CPR and first aid is preferred.
• Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
• A military background or relevant certification is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
