What: Event Security Officers Level 3 & Level 4 -Location Stephenville, Tx

When: October 30 th, 2026

Transportation can be provided

Hourly rate: Level 3- $25 per hour, Level 4 $ 30 per hour

Shifts: 3PM to 1AM & 4PM TO 1AM

Requirements:

• Current Texas Security License
• 3+ years of experience as Security Officer , Law enforcement or military
• Available to work on October 30, 2026
• Able to stand for long hours
• Khaki Pants, comfortable shoes, we provide the uniform shirt

Duties

• Monitor event premises through CCTV surveillance and physical patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches
• Control access points using access control systems, verifying credentials and performing background checks as needed
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by implementing emergency response procedures, including CPR and AED operation
• Conduct thorough incident report writing to document security issues, accidents, or disturbances accurately and clearly
• Perform conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management to resolve disputes peacefully and maintain order
• Execute manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for equipment setup or crowd management
• Enforce compliance with security regulations, fire safety protocols, and event policies to ensure a safe environment for all attendees

Experience

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable
• Knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and monitoring systems
• Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use preferred but not mandatory; training provided if needed
• Familiarity with physical security measures such as patrolling routines, access control systems, and firearm handling (where legally permitted)
• Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough screening processes for staff or vendors
• Strong communication skills for incident report writing and effective interaction with team members and the public
• Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations calmly while following established protocols

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10.0 per week
