Downtown Hotel Security Officer 78701

The Hotel Concierge Security Officer provides a professional, welcoming security presence while assisting hotel guests, staff, and visitors. The officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Duties:

• Maintain a visible and professional presence in the hotel lobby and common areas.
• Greet and assist guests, visitors, and hotel staff in a courteous manner.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and access points.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property and identify security or safety concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report suspicious activity.
• Enforce hotel security policies and procedures.
• Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Assist hotel management and emergency personnel when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication and appearance at all times.

Schedule: Saturday through Wednesday 6:30am to 2:30 pm

Qualifications: Professional appearance, strong communication and customer-service skills, reliable attendance, sound judgment, and the ability to remain alert and attentive throughout the shift.
