Downtown Austin Site Supervisor

The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight, discipline, and operational performance of all security personnel assigned to the site. The Site Supervisor is expected to maintain strict compliance with all company policies, client directives, and site-specific post orders. This position requires strong leadership, constant situational awareness, and immediate corrective action when standards are not met.

Failure to enforce policies, maintain documentation standards, or properly supervise officers may result in disciplinary action.

• Maintain direct supervision of all assigned security officers during their scheduled shifts.
• Ensure all officers are performing patrols, monitoring assigned areas, and fulfilling post orders without exception.
• Enforce all company policies, site procedures, and client expectations without exception.
• Ensure officers follow patrol schedules, reporting requirements, and assigned duties at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure officers are present, alert, and performing their assigned duties.
• Monitor high-risk areas and ensure proper coverage at all times.
• Ensure that all required reports are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner, including
• Maintain professional communication with site management and client representatives.
• Address client concerns immediately and professionally.
• Ensure security operations meet or exceed client expectations at all times.

The Site Supervisor is expected to set the example for all officers on the site. This includes but is not limited to:

• Maintaining a professional appearance and command presence
• Demonstrating strict adherence to policy
• Displaying strong leadership and accountability
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting
• Exercising sound judgement under pressure

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of security experience
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
• Valid state security license
