ARMED Mobile Patrol Officer – 50HRS/WK OVERNIGHTS – Take Home Patrol Vehicle

* Has a current Texas L3 (Armed) Commissioned Security License or all completed paperwork in hand

* Has clean driving record

* Has applicable multi site per shift mobile patrol Experience (Previous security mobile patrol, ATM SERVICE / DELIVERY DRIVERS type experience is preferred)

* Has own Firearm & 1 Less Lethal (O/C, Baton or Taser) with appropriate training certification

* Currently lives / works in the greater Austin Area

*Available to work weekends

* Can pass the drug test

* Answers ALL the screening questions on Indeed Application

Due to explosive growth, Ranger Protection Agency is looking for experienced mobile patrol security officers to join our Overnight Mobile Patrol Team.

Ranger is a "RESOLVE and Report" company, the right candidate will have a proactive attitude towards reporting and situation resolution utilizing a combination of lease violations, Criminal Trespass Warnings and utilizing our arrest authority. This position is fast paced and requires time management skill / self discipline.

For those who live within Williamson / Travis / Hays / Bastrop county, this position includes a take-home car.

The schedule is 5 nights a week, 10 hour shifts, WEEKENDS MANDATORY

Potential candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be responsible and able to conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently
• Have a current TEXAS driver’s license and clean driving history
• Be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
• Currently hold an active Texas L3 Security license
• Have applicable security AND mobile patrol experience (delivery drivers, ATM servicing, etc)
• Be able to get in and out of the vehicle and walk throughout the night
• CURRENTLY live or work in or near the Austin area
