Job Overview

We are seeking attentive and professional Event Staff to ensure the safety and smooth operation at one of our events. This role involves maintaining a visible presence at the venue, monitoring entry points, patrolling the grounds, and assisting with crowd management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in event venues and possess strong observational skills to uphold security standards and support overall event success. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to be part of dynamic events and contribute to a positive attendee experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence at the event venue to assist guests and ensure safety.
• Monitor entry points to control access and verify tickets or credentials.
• Patrol the grounds regularly to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
• Assist with crowd management by guiding guests, providing directions, and preventing overcrowding.
• Enforce venue policies and safety regulations consistently throughout the event.
• Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies, coordinating with security or emergency services as needed.
• Support event staff in setting up and dismantling event areas if required.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries professionally and courteously.

Experience

• Prior experience working in event venues or similar environments is preferred.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential issues quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Physical stamina for patrolling large areas and standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and a team player.

This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, attentive, and eager to contribute to successful events through dedicated security and guest support.

We have shifts available from 5-15 hours, day and night, over the span of multiple days between the 6th-15th . Look forward to hearing from you!
