Unarmed Guard to Secure a Residential Site

Hiring unarmed security guard to secure a residential property.

Duties

• Conduct foot patrols of the property to ensure the safety and security of the premises
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
• Scan checkpoints and submit digital reports hourly or more frequently
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties, and other duties may be required per the post orders or needs of the company.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE Level 2 in hand
• MUST HAVE Valid TX Driver License.
• MUST HAVE reliable transportation to come to work
• MUST BE ABLE TO WALK THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT ON POTENTIALLY UNEVEN TERRAIN.
• MUST Have a vehicle that will stay with you throughout the duration of your shift.
• MUST Have a working phone (with data) for use during your shift and a way to keep your phone charged.
• MUST be comfortable working outside, overnight, in the dark.
• Must be able to start right away.

As your employer, Guards On Call will:

• Pay weekly
• pay overtime, for hours over 40
• assist with license renewals and uniforms
• offer benefits after 90 days, for full-time employees
• terminate your employment if you call out on a shift with less than 12hrs notice, do anything inappropriate on site OR show up late more than 2 times a month.

Schedule

This is an OVERNIGHT shift 10pm-6am daily. We provide coverage at this location 7 days a week. Therefore, you must be available to work weeknights and weekend nights.

We may also have a mid-shift available for 2PM – 10PM.

We pay weekly.

Salary: $15 per hour

Working security for us means you will be expected to be active during your shift. You must answer calls, submit reports, and complete checkpoint scans.
