Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and vigilant Security Officers to safeguard our clients premises and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and residents. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive patrols, CCTV, and incident management. Your role is vital in preventing security breaches, responding swiftly to emergencies, and upholding compliance with all security regulations. Duties

• Conduct regular vehicle patrols of the facility (patrol vehicle on-site)
• CCTV systems
• Give contractors and vendors information on working hours and correct entrance
• Respond promptly to reported alarms or incidents
• Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy.
• Call law enforcement when necessary to handle conflicts outside of security expectations.
• Engage in conflict de-escalation techniques to manage disputes effectively while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Maintain comprehensive records of patrols and incidents.

Experience

• Demonstrated knowledge of CCTV systems and/or willingness to learn them.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally under pressure.
• Physical fitness to perform duties involving prolonged standing or walking

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 24.0 per week
