We are seeking a vigilant and professional Armed Security Officer to safeguard our premises, personnel, and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies. This role requires a high level of integrity, situational awareness, and the ability to enforce security protocols diligently. Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or security is highly valued.

Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas using CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular security checks of facilities, entrances, and exits to ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if certified.
• Enforce access control policies by verifying credentials and managing visitor logs.
• Manage conflicts or disturbances professionally while maintaining safety for all parties involved.
• Document incidents thoroughly through detailed reports for future review and action.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or vandalism activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to resolve issues effectively.

Skills

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields.
• Certifications in first aid and CPR are preferred; relevant training is a plus.
• Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems.
• Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and assertive demeanor.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, clients, and law enforcement agencies.
