Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises using CCTV systems and physical inspections to deter unauthorized access and identify potential threats.
• Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) continuously to detect suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, conflicts, or emergencies by applying conflict management techniques and law enforcement procedures.
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and personnel through thorough screening processes while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate assistance during medical emergencies until professional help arrives.
• Enforce loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed incident reports and support as needed.

Experience

• Prior experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), loss prevention techniques, and conflict management strategies.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is advantageous; willingness to obtain these certifications if not already held.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and legal regulations relevant to security operations.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions during critical incidents.

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
