Job Description

Direct Action Group (DAG) is seeking experienced Executive Protection / Corporate Security Agents to join a private-sector corporate security and executive protection program based in the Austin, Texas area.

This is not a traditional security guard position.

The selected candidate will work directly with DAG leadership and support the protection of senior corporate executives operating in a dynamic domestic and international business environment.

This position is intended for an experienced professional seeking a long-term role in executive protection and corporate security, rather than short-term or event-based security work.

The successful candidate will combine strong protective capabilities with discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, interpersonal skills, and the ability to operate comfortably in corporate environments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide executive protection for designated corporate principals and executives.
  • Conduct protective advances for meetings, events, hotels, airports, restaurants, offices, and other locations.

The Candidate We’re Looking For

DAG is seeking a professional who understands that effective executive protection is based upon preparation, judgment, discretion, and prevention—not visibility or ego.

The successful candidate will be confident without being arrogant, observant without being intrusive, and capable of transitioning seamlessly between executive corporate environments and elevated security situations.
