Job Overview:
We’re currently seeking highly motivated and licensed Security Officers (Levels 2, 3, and 4) by the Texas Department of Public Safety. This is a Flex/On-Call 1099 Contract position—ideal for professionals who want to maintain a work-life balance while still playing a critical role in protecting people and property.
As a Security Officer at Clover Phoenix, you’ll be a trusted part of our team, responsible for monitoring access, enforcing security protocols, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor premises to deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other criminal activity.
Respond swiftly and professionally to alarms, calls, and security incidents.
Utilize CCTV cameras and surveillance equipment to identify and assess potential threats.
Stay informed about property layouts and security protocols to ensure seamless protection.
Provide first aid and CPR in emergencies, keeping a calm, professional demeanor.
Mediate and resolve conflicts among employees, visitors, or vendors.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all security measures are in place and operational.
Work collaboratively with the Clover Phoenix team to create a safe, secure environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Licensed Security Officer (Level 2, 3, or 4) by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Prior experience in law enforcement, security, military, or a related field is a strong advantage.
Current CPR and first aid certifications are required. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
Strong skills in conflict management and experience resolving disputes.
Proficiency in using CCTV and surveillance systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be physically capable of performing duties in diverse environments, including outdoor settings in varying weather conditions.
Clean background check and the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
