Duties

• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems and physical patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing immediate assistance and escalating issues as needed
• Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, or vendors entering the premises and log all access activities accurately
• Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and tact
• Administer basic first aid or CPR when necessary until emergency responders arrive
• Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records to ensure accurate documentation of all activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement or security teams during investigations or security incidents

Skills

• Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, including CCTV operation and monitoring systems
• Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently in emergency situations
• Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and conflict management strategies
• Experience in security roles within military, law enforcement, or private security environments is preferred
