Job Overview

We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Doorman/Security professional to ensure the safety, security, and smooth operation of our premises. This role involves managing access control, providing excellent customer service to customers, and staff. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a secure environment through diligent surveillance and incident management. Your presence will be vital in creating a welcoming yet secure atmosphere for everyone on site.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly professional attitude and check IDs at the door.
• Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies following established protocols.
• Write detailed incident reports for any security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities.
• Enforce security regulations by conducting manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for safety or maintenance purposes.
• Use conflict de-escalation techniques to manage disputes calmly and professionally.
• Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring for theft or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain compliance with all security policies and legal regulations governing physical security operations.
• Experience
• Prior experience in security roles, or related fields is encouraged but not required.
• Strong skills in incident report writing with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in conflict management and de-escalation techniques in high-pressure situations is advantageous.
