Duties

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security threats
• Manage access control by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid
• Enforce security protocols and conflict management procedures to de-escalate tense situations
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents as needed
• Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR to handle medical emergencies confidently
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to emergencies or security breaches
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members, law enforcement, and the public
• Must possess a valid armed security license or be eligible to obtain one according to local regulations
