JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Directing traffic flow by stopping vehicles at gate entry points to ensure that they do not collide with one another or hit other stationary objects
- Performing basic troubleshooting of equipment problems and reporting them to supervisors for repair
- Directing the flow of vehicles into parking lots or garages using hand signals or automated gates
- Greeting visitors, answering questions about facilities and providing directions and assistance as needed
- Monitoring security cameras and alarm systems for unauthorized activity
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisors, such as directing traffic during sporting events or concerts
Requirements:
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent;
- Must be able to pass background check;
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills;
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of gate equipment and safety measures;
- Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor;
- Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and after hours;
