Senior Security & Operations Coordinator — Hybrid (Field + Operations)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Pay: $20.00-22.00 /hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible days/evenings/weekends

Work Arrangement (Hybrid)

• ~70% Field: On-site at client locations across Austin (corporate offices, mixed‑use buildings, retail, event spaces).
• ~30% Operations: Scheduling, coordination, reporting, and follow‑ups completed through a hybrid mix of on-site office time and limited remote/admin blocks.

Role Summary

A2A Security Agency Inc. is seeking a Senior Security & Operations Coordinator who can lead confidently in the field while managing essential operational tasks behind the scenes. You’ll step in to cover posts when needed, supervise guard performance, manage portions of the weekly schedule, and serve as a direct liaison between clients and our Texas-based management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Field (On-Site) — ~70%

• Maintain a professional security presence; conduct patrols and manage access control.
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate situations, and coordinate with on-site teams.
• Submit accurate incident and activity reports through our mobile app before the end of each shift.

Operations (Hybrid Admin) — ~30%

• Build and adjust weekly schedules to ensure full coverage across assigned accounts.
• Support onboarding, refresher training, and performance check-ins for security staff.
• Communicate updates to clients and management; document escalations and follow-ups.
• Use company systems for dispatch, timekeeping, and shift communications.

Requirements

• Active Texas Level II or Level III Security License (required).
• 5+ years of security experience, including lead, supervisor, or coordinator responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills; organized, dependable, and calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using smartphones, scheduling platforms, and digital reporting tools.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends; valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
