Primary Responsibilities: – Quickly respond to on-call dispatch requests and arrive at assigned locations within the set timeframe. – Maintain a visible and professional security presence at assigned sites, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeters. – Observe for unauthorized entry, suspicious behaviors, safety hazards, and breaches of policy. – Manage access control and verify credentials, visitor logs, or permissions as necessary. – Professionally de-escalate incidents as needed. – Address disturbances, medical emergencies, or evacuations in accordance with established protocols. – Communicate effectively with supervisors using specified tools, such as radios or phones. – Prepare detailed incident and activity reports as required. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises using CCTV surveillance systems and physical patrols to monitor for suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond swiftly to incidents by writing detailed incident reports and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Perform background checks on new personnel or visitors in accordance with security protocols.
• Execute emergency response procedures including CPR, AED operation, first aid, and fire safety measures to address medical or safety incidents promptly.
• Utilize conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills to handle disputes or disruptive behavior professionally.
• Maintain compliance with all security regulations while performing duties such as patrolling, manual handling, heavy lifting, and CCTV monitoring.

Experience

• Proven experience in physical security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong surveillance and incident management skills.
