Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises using surveillance tools such as CCTV systems to monitor activity and identify potential threats.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
• Verify identities and control access points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Administer first aid or CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance until emergency services arrive.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
• Document all security activities accurately through detailed reports, incident logs, and shift handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong discipline and situational awareness.
• Valid certification for carrying firearms and handling weapons responsibly in accordance with local laws.
• Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and experience with loss prevention techniques.
• Certifications in first aid, CPR, and conflict management are highly preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members, law enforcement, and the public.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
