Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility
• Maintain a highly visible presence to deter potential threats and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents
• Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
• Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions
• Document all incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and compliance purposes
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on security operations
• Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV systems and other security technology
• Knowledge of conflict management strategies to handle tense situations effectively
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while making quick decisions during emergencies or security breaches
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and emergency responders
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond swiftly when required

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
