SIA Door Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and professional Door Supervisor to join our security team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, calm under pressure, and takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

As a Door Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, helping to manage entry, maintain order, and ensure everyone can enjoy the venue safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the venue
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check IDs and enforce age and entry policies
• Manage queues and prevent overcrowding
• Deal calmly and effectively with difficult situations
• Carry out regular patrols inside and outside the venue
• Work closely with management and other security staff
• Complete incident reports when required

What We’re Looking For

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
• Good communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity
• Previous experience in security or customer service is an advantage

Our company provides double pay on all Bank Holidays, as well as double pay on other designated premium days, rewarding staff for working on key dates throughout the year.
