Are you vigilant, professional, and passionate about safety and guest service? The 22 Hotel, London, is looking for a Security Officer to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, members, and team across our prestigious property.
The Role
As a Security Officer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment, responding to incidents calmly and efficiently while maintaining high visibility and discretion.

Monitor CCTV, conduct regular patrols, and manage access across the property.

Respond to emergencies and incidents, following internal protocols and reporting procedures.

Liaise with other departments to support smooth operations and guest assistance.

Handle lost property, secure deliveries, and oversee contractor access.

Provide a visible, calm presence in guest-facing areas while remaining alert and attentive at all times.

About You
We’re looking for individuals who:

Have previous experience in a security or door supervisor role, preferably within hospitality or luxury environments.

Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).

Are calm under pressure and professional in high-stakes situations.

Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Present confidently, with a respectful and reassuring manner.

Holiday entitlement increases: 2 days at 2 years’ length of service, and a further 3 days at 5 years’ length of service, prorated to your contract hours.
