Southern Supervisor

Location: South Region (Field Based)
Starting Rate: £13.11 – £13.77

We’re looking for an experienced South Supervisor to join our Operations Team and help deliver exceptional security services across our Southern contracts.

This is more than just a supervisory role. You’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence – supporting our Security Officers, building strong client relationships, maintaining compliance, and ensuring every site operates to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct regular site visits, audits and welfare checks across the South.
• Support, coach and develop Security Officers to deliver exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships with clients and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Assist with investigations, performance management and incident reporting.
• Ensure sites remain fully compliant with company procedures and client requirements.
• Work closely with our Operations, HR and Control Room teams to maintain outstanding service delivery.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory or management experience within the security industry.
• Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor Licence.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Desirable:

• Experience managing multiple security contracts.
• Knowledge of SmartTask or similar workforce management systems.
• Experience conducting investigations, disciplinary meetings and performance reviews.
