We are looking for a reliable and experienced Security Officer to join our team.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN PUBS, CLUBS AND EVENTS

MUST DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO OWN CAR

Role description

RESPONSIBILTIES

Consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.

Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and venue-specific policies.

Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.

Conduct efficient and thorough ID checks to verify the identity and legal age of customers.

Carry out thorough searches in accordance with SIA regulations.

Control entry and exit points.

Manage any conflict or disturbances diplomatically and use de-escalation techniques to prevent situations from escalating.

Maintain constant vigilance to identify potential threats, unauthorised entry, or suspicious behaviour, and take the necessary actions to address them.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Work collaboratively with the client to ensure a safe environment.

Prevent and manage conflicts or disturbances effectively, ensuring a calm and safe atmosphere.

Report incidents and write detailed incident reports as required.

You are able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with other venue staff, clients and their customers.

REQUIREMENTS

Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor License

Have previous Door Supervisor experience Within Pubs, Clubs and Events

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
