Security Officer

We are recruiting for a full time officer in London, SE1.

Valid SIA DS & CCTV Licence required.

Four shifts on , four shifts off , days only

Average hours per week: 42

Rate: £13.85 per hour

Duties

• Assist in meeting and greeting all visitors using the correct protocol
• Patrolling and securing key areas
• Assist in ensuring that an exceptional level of service is always maintained
• Answer all incoming telephone calls if required
• Monitoring and analysing CCTV when requested
• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• To support/assist in event of an emergency
• Communicating any irregularities with management and Control Room
• Following procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention and traffic control
• Checking visitors in and out of the area
• Escorting visitors around the premises
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations

Personal Qualities

• Valid SIA DS & CCTV Licence required
• First Aid trained
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Physical fit
• High level of attention-to-detail
• Good organisational abilities
