Job description:

Role: Security Officer

Location: Harlow

Hours/Shift Pattern: Mix of night and day shifts – Including weekends.

Number of Positions: 1

Duties Include:

Working at various sites we have within Harlow. Providing cover and additional support where needed.

· Complete reports.

· Main duties will be meeting and greeting visitors and providing support with difficult customers.

· Ensure that an excellent level of customer service is always maintained.

· Maintain a smart and professional appearance.

· Completing patrols, reports and any further client requests.

Essential Criteria:

· A valid Frontline SIA Licence.

· Have at least 2 years’ experience within the security industry.

• MUST Drive and have access to own car, due to location of some of the sites.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Basic computer literacy

· Excellent attention to detail and able to respond to issues in an effective efficient manner

Advantageous Criteria:

· Previous experience in a similar role
